Q. Where is Black Cat Electronics located and can I visit your store?
A. Black Cat Electronics is based in Glen Burnie, Maryland. We are an internet e-tailer and do not have a retail show room.
Q. Can I pay for my purchase with a check?
A. We accept credit card payments and payments from Paypal. You may set up your Paypal account in a variety of methods to suit your needs.
Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A. Generally speaking, each order will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer and may incur an additional shipping charge.
Q. I have an account but I forgot my login or password, how can I get them?
A. Please contact Support@blackcatelectronics.com for assistance with this issue. We do not know your password so you will be emailed a new, temporary, password to access your account.
Q. My product arrived broken, what do I do?
A. Please contact Sales@blackcatelectronics.com for assistance to return the product to Black Cat Electronics and to have a replacement order sent to you.
